Intention Setting Sound Bath + Intuitive Free Flow Painting Workshop

Join us in my Houston studio for a new offering for the New Year! In a relaxed, small group environment we will be treated to a 30 minute crystal bowl sound bath by Laura Tyagi, followed by time for reflection, journaling, and intention setting before breaking into an intuitive free-flowing mixed media painting session.

We will talk about incorporating intentions, text, and journal pages in your painting.  Group instruction will be loose and brief, allowing maximum time for art making and one-on-one guidance.

All art supplies are provided for you. You may choose to bring a yoga mat or meditation pillow for the sound bath.

All experience levels are welcome. Class size is limited.
